Every item follows the same approval path.

Publish or send. Only the approved item is published or sent, to the account the owner connected.
Connections and control
The owner connects their own accounts and stays in control.
Accounts are connected through official sign-in: Google sign-in, Facebook Login for Business and WhatsApp Embedded Signup. LogicalFire never asks for or stores Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google passwords.
- Nothing is posted, published or sent without the owner approving that specific item.
- Owners can disconnect any account at any time, which deletes the stored access.
- Agencies manage a business only with that client's permission.
How platform data is used
Data from connected accounts is used only to provide the service to that owner.

Does LogicalFire ask for my Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google password?
No. You connect accounts through Google sign-in, Facebook Login for Business and WhatsApp Embedded Signup. LogicalFire never asks for or stores those passwords.
Is anything posted or sent without my approval?
No. Nothing is posted, published or sent until you approve that specific item.
Will my WhatsApp Business app keep working on my phone?
Yes. You connect your existing WhatsApp Business app number and it keeps working on your phone.
How do I disconnect an account?
Disconnect it at any time in the Hub's Integrations page. This deletes the stored access for that account.
